1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vag77 platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to vag77's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
When you create an account on vag77 or use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this restriction is violated, all related accounts may be immediately closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification
vag77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. If deposit or withdrawal amounts exceed a certain limit, or if unusual activity is detected on an account, we may request identity documents and/or proof of address. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
3. Age & Eligibility Requirements
vag77 is for users aged 21 and above only. Opening an account on the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We believe that mature judgment and a sense of financial responsibility are essential for participating in online betting.
By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are eligible to participate in online gaming services under the local laws applicable to you. Providing false information about your age will result in account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method on vag77 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Personal Account Policy
You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted. Violation of this condition may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.
4.5 Transaction Monitoring
vag77 reserves the right to review any transaction for the purpose of preventing money laundering and fraud. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held and additional verification information may be requested.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳28,000 you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement must be met to receive the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered in total before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The bonus applies only to users who are making their first deposit.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- If the wagering requirements for a bonus are not met within the time period stated in the relevant offer's terms, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- vag77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of abuse of bonus offers or manipulation of the system is found, the account will be closed.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Decisions
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The rules of play are described in detail in each game's own section. If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, all bets placed for that round will be fully refunded.
6.2 Live Sports Betting
Odds and markets displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. In-play betting may experience delays in bet acceptance due to network latency. We reserve the right to limit or suspend bet acceptance under certain circumstances.
6.3 Technical Issues
vag77 is not liable for losses caused by server outages, software errors, or any other technical problems — however, if any bet is affected by such issues, we will make every effort to provide a fair resolution. Profits gained due to a suspected technical error may be considered void.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vag77 platform:
- Operating an account through fraud, deception, or any other unethical means.
- Using bots, automated software, or any artificial tools to place bets or play games.
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent of exploiting bonus schemes.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or any illegal activity.
- Collecting account information from other users or engaging in fraudulent conduct toward them.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
If any such conduct is proven or reasonably suspected, vag77 reserves the right to close the relevant account and withhold any pending balance without prior notice.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned after any pending bets or transactions are settled during the request process.
8.2 Closure at Company's Initiative
vag77 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Serious or repeated violations of the Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
- Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
- Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.
- The user's own responsible gaming request.
9. Limitation of Liability
vag77 makes every effort to operate a safe and fair platform. However, the Company's liability is limited in the following matters:
- Loss caused by the user's own internet connection or device-related issues.
- Delays caused by disruptions to third-party payment provider services.
- Unauthorized access resulting from the user storing their account credentials insecurely.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
vag77 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. The risk of losing money through gambling on the platform is entirely the user's own.
